Impact Spotlight
Monthly Spotlight: Nancy Zakhour
“To me, leadership is not about having the answer to every question. It is about creating an environment where people can contribute, challenge one another thoughtfully, and find a better answer together.”
Nancy Zakhour is Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer of MorpheusOS, an AI operating layer that helps businesses preserve and use their knowledge, decisions, and context. She began as a field engineer across four continents and moved into commercial leadership in energy and technology. She is also a children’s book author and LebNet’s Houston Community Lead, and she was an early supporter of the Women in Tech Community.
In this spotlight, she shares:
- How working across cultures as a field engineer shaped her leadership, and why she is willing to be “a beginner again”
- Why women in tech need introductions, candid feedback, and people who put their names forward, not just encouragement
- How she is rebuilding LebNet Houston into a community that connects talent across energy, technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship, and why the diaspora can help most through thoughtful introductions and guidance
