As we commemorate the anniversary of the Beirut Port explosion, LebNet remembers the lives lost, stands in solidarity with all those affected, and honors the resilience of the Lebanese people as they continue to rebuild after tragedy.

Tech Fellows
The LebNet Tech Fellows Program is equipping talented Lebanese students with practical knowledge through an intensive 10-week AI curriculum
Fellows are progressing from the fundamentals of AI and machine learning to neural networks, transformer architecture, and the development of large language models. The program also covers prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation, RAG, AI agents, advanced agentic patterns, and AI ethics and safety.
Through expert-led sessions, hands-on assignments, and a final project, fellows are building practical skills and preparing to contribute to the rapidly evolving AI landscape. As the program nears completion, we look forward to sharing more success stories from this exceptional cohort.

PARTNERSHIPS HIGHLIGHT
Roy Baladi Sets a Guinness World Record
In July 2026, Kanz, the AI recruiting and training platform founded by LebNet members Roy and Edwin Baladi, set a Guinness World Record for the largest AI training hackathon, bringing together 14,075 participants for a live lesson. The free, no-code program attracted nearly 52,000 registrations from 170 countries and showcased Lebanese innovation on the global stage.
